Terms & Scope

Last updated: July 9, 2026. This plain-English scope summary is for the current Owner Readiness Review launch batch.

What the $3,495 review includes

The Owner Readiness Review is a private, fixed-fee, owner-facing planning report based on information you provide through the approved request and guided intake process.

What it is not

The report is for internal owner planning and education only. It is not for tax, legal, lending, litigation, broker, investment, transaction, pricing, negotiation, or third-party reliance use.

It should not be submitted to courts, tax authorities, lenders, investors, buyers, counterparties, or other third parties for formal reliance.

No third-party outreach

Submitting a request, paying for the report, or completing intake does not trigger contact with buyers, lenders, employees, customers, vendors, advisors, brokers, investors, or other outside parties.

Payment, fit review, and refunds

Payment links are sent manually after initial scope/privacy review. If a request is later determined to be outside scope before report production begins, the payment may be refunded or the order declined.

If you cancel before intake review or report production begins, request a refund by email. Once production has begun based on your completed intake, refunds are handled case-by-case because the work is a fixed-scope professional service.

Information basis

The report relies on owner-provided and self-reported information. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unsupported information can affect usefulness. We may ask clarifying questions before production if required information is missing or inconsistent.
