Private means no third-party outreach
We do not contact buyers, lenders, employees, customers, vendors, brokers, advisors, investors, or other third parties because you submit a request, pay, or complete guided intake.
Information collected
The request and guided intake may collect contact information, company details, owner goals, self-reported financial summary figures, customer concentration percentages, operations notes, and owner-dependence information. Do not submit customer lists, tax IDs, bank data, regulated personal data, raw confidential files, or legal-dispute materials unless specifically requested.
How information is used
Information is used to review fit/scope, prepare the Owner Readiness Review, ask clarification questions, process payment/order status, and manage delivery. AI and software tools may assist with organizing, drafting, checking, and production, but the report is human-reviewed before delivery.
Service providers
Necessary service providers may process information as part of the workflow, including website hosting/forms, email, payment processing, local/internal production tools, and related operations. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Owner Readiness Review.
Retention and deletion requests
Order records, intake submissions, drafts, and delivery records may be retained for operational, support, and recordkeeping purposes. To request deletion or correction of submitted information, email clientservices@ownerreadinessreview.com. Some records may need to be retained for payment, tax, legal, security, or business-record purposes.
